Supported Employment Service

We support individuals across Kent and Medway who face challenges in finding work—including those with disabilities, health conditions, disadvantages, or SEND.

Since 1992, our team has helped people gain and sustain employment through one-to-one, person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs. We also work with local employers to build inclusive recruitment practices and confident, supportive workplaces, and we are now proudly delivering the Connect to Work programme on behalf of Kent County Council (KCC) and Medway Council.

We use our specialist knowledge and experience to support vulnerable groups, including adults with a disability, health condition, or disadvantage, as well as SEND students. Our service is open to all—anyone can make a referral for themselves or on behalf of someone else.

We support businesses with tailored, flexible assistance to help individuals learn their roles and integrate into the workplace. This promotes a more diverse, inclusive workforce and helps people reach their potential.

As a leading provider of supported employment, our service also provides consultancy and training to organisations and education providers, including face to face and online learning modules for staff to learn the model of support.
