Developed in response to the rapidly changing educational environment, The Education People is designed to meet the needs of schools and academies by providing education support services, all in one place.
These Terms and Conditions govern the overall relationship between the Service Provider and the Customer with respect to the provision of the Ordered Services. These Services can be ordered either as Adhoc, Rolling, Fixed Term or Bespoke depending on the type of contract which the Customer requires. These Terms & Conditions also cover:
- our Digital Content and Online Resources annexed at Appendix B
- our Data Protection and GDPR procedures annexed at Appendix C
- our Training Terms and Conditions annexed at Appendix D of this agreement
- and Financial Information System (FIS) & Finance Support Services annexed at Appendix E.
Any Schedules, Appendices or any documents annexed hereto shall form part of these Terms and Conditions and shall have effect as if set out in full in the body of The Education People Terms and Conditions.
For the avoidance of doubt these Terms and Conditions shall apply to all the types of contract offered by The Education People.
