Alicia Moyles

Alicia is the Director of Post 16 at The Education People, where she leads strategic initiatives that support young people and adults to achieve their potential through education, employment and training.

With extensive experience in education and employment strategy, Alicia develops supported employment pathways that enable individuals to access meaningful and sustainable work, and leads post-16 transition initiatives that help young people move successfully from education into the workforce. Through partnerships with local authorities, employers and national organisations, including the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department for Education, she helps showcase individual talent, generate insight and drive innovation across the sector.

Alicia also works closely with strategic partners to shape government initiatives, ensuring services deliver maximum impact and that public funding is used effectively. She supports organisations to design and develop supported employment services, strengthen post 16 pathways, secure/deliver new contracts, and create opportunities that help individuals reach their full potential.
