Charlotte brings a wealth of experience in contract management, inclusive workforce development, and supported employment from her 26 years of devoted service with Kent County Council and The Education People. She has worked in a range of positions throughout her career, all based on the fundamentals of the Supported Employment Model, from managing local delivery teams to providing front-line client support to supervising supported internship and employment contracts.

In the Supported Employment Service, Charlotte is now in charge of delivering the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) contracts, which include Connect to Work, a nationwide DWP initiative that assists jobless individuals in finding sustainable employment opportunities.

A firm believer that employment offers far more than financial reward, Charlotte is passionate about the wider wellbeing benefits that meaningful work provides.
