Clair is a committed member of the Supported Employment Service, bringing over 10 years of dedicated experience in pastoral care, education and employability support. In her current role implementing the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) model, she works closely with individuals to help them overcome barriers and secure meaningful employment opportunities.

She provides one-on-one assistance to boost self-esteem, pinpoint strengths, and create customised action plans. This covers assistance with CVs, job searching, interview techniques, and gaining access to opportunities for training or work experience. Clair also works with agencies and employers to create inclusive opportunities and offers in-work support to guarantee long-term success. Her approach is compassionate and empowering, with an emphasis on assisting each client in realising their greatest potential.

Her background in both primary and secondary settings—ranging from teaching support to pastoral care—has honed her expertise in safeguarding, wellbeing and person-centred guidance. Driven by a deep passion for inclusion and mental-health awareness, Clair is committed to empowering each person she works with to reach their full potential.

When she’s not supporting others, Clair loves to travel and explore the world—seeking out new places whenever she has the chance. Get in touch to see how Clair can help.
