Clarissa Palmer

Clarissa is one of our Employment Support Officers who delivers services across Sheerness and Gravesend. She works closely with individuals facing a wide range of barriers, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and progress towards sustainable employment.

Clarissa has worked in supported employment since 2022, including her first roles as an Employment Adviser and as a Support Manager on the Work & Health Programme. She now brings this experience to The Education People, where she provides tailored support to those she works with.

Passionate about helping people who may otherwise struggle to access employment due to barriers or disabilities, Clarissa helps individuals grow and flourish. She works with local employers to source the right opportunities for her clients, ensuring placements are well-matched and supported. Alongside her work, Clarissa is committed to continuous professional development and is currently undertaking her BASE Supported Employment Level 3 qualification.
