With over 18 years of experience in Supported Employment, David offers a wealth of expertise in embedding inclusive careers support across a variety of educational and organisational settings. He has a strong background in strategically planning and leading Supported Employment programmes, helping providers to deliver impactful, person-centred support.

David works with primary schools to promote careers inclusion and raise aspirations from an early age, and supports secondary schools, special schools, colleges and specialist post-16 institutions (SPIs) to embed Supported Employment within their careers guidance for students with SEND. He also offers consultancy to education providers and external organisations looking to implement or enhance Supported Employment delivery, including guidance on the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) models.

In addition to his consultancy work, David is the European Representative for the British Association for Supported Employment (BASE) and Vice President of the Association for Supported Employment Europe (ASEE), helping to shape inclusive employment practices on a national and international scale.
