With 20 years of experience in supported employment, Gary has dedicated his career to helping disabled and disadvantaged people find and sustain meaningful work.

Beginning his journey as an Employment Support Officer, Gary worked with clients to overcome barriers through tailored professional guidance and encouragement. Now leading a team of Employment Support Officers, he focuses on achieving key targets and performance outcomes while maintaining the person-centred ethos at the heart of the service.

Gary brings proven interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with adults from all backgrounds and cultures. He works extensively with both internal teams and external organisations to promote the Supported Employment Service and build lasting partnerships that create real employment opportunities for those who need them most.
