George is an experienced school leader and consultant with a strong track record of driving improvement across a range of primary settings, including Headship in Church of England and mixed-age schools. With a deep understanding of the challenges in schools, George works alongside leaders to refine vision and values, raise standards and build staff confidence.

George has designed ambitious and inclusive curriculum models that have been praised by Ofsted, SIAMs, and external advisers. He delivers high-impact CPD and consultancy on curriculum, pedagogy, leadership, and assessment, empowering schools through a collaborative and practical approach.

A passionate advocate for inclusive education, George has led significant improvements in outcomes for pupils with SEND and disadvantaged backgrounds, developing provision and intervention models recognised as best practice.
