Greg is an Employment Support Officer who specialises in helping people find work who may have previously struggled to access employment. He brings a calm, supportive approach and a strong belief that everyone has skills and potential worth developing.

Greg began his career in employment support in 2012, where he mentored young people aged 16–24 who were not in education, employment or training (NEET). During this time, he supported individuals with entry-level Maths and English and worked on the SES programme, helping young people build confidence and move closer to work.

Greg then continued to assist individuals dealing with a variety of barriers, such as homelessness, mental health issues, disabilities, and substance abuse. He later moved into employer engagement roles within apprenticeship organisations, where he found placements for young people in industries such as construction, hair and beauty, and business.

Greg knows what employers are looking for and how to match people to the right opportunities. Get in touch with him below to find out how he can help.
