Helen has been part of The Education People’s Post-16 Directorate for over 10 years, working closely with schools, FE colleges and a wide range of education settings to raise awareness of career opportunities for young people.

With eight years’ experience supporting teenagers with their post-16 options, Helen has developed a strong reputation for engagement, collaboration and building trusted partnerships across multiple settings.

Now focusing on helping individuals with barriers to employment, Helen is dedicated to empowering people to take up new opportunities and realise their potential. She has built her career on developing strong working relationships with organisations and referral partners, ensuring that all stakeholders can access and benefit from the services her team provides.

Passionate, approachable and highly committed, Helen takes pride in creating inclusive pathways into education and employment for all.
