Kate began her career in supported employment in 2008, she enjoys supporting individuals through key transitions and helping people build confidence, overcome barriers, and achieve their full potential. Kate puts each person at the centre of her work and builds strong, trusting relationships with clients to fully understand their needs, aspirations, and challenges.

She is able to think creatively to identify practical solutions and reduce the barriers people may face when moving into employment. As well as individuals, she works closely with employers to showcase the strengths and potential of clients. She is able to help employers access untapped local talent, offering tailored guidance, reasonable adjustments, and ongoing support to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes for both individuals and organisations.
