Kevin is one of our Employment Support Advisers, helping individuals through the Connect to Work programme. He has over five years’ experience working with people facing a wide range of barriers to employment.

Kevin is passionate about helping people return to work because he believes the right job can positively impact all areas of life, from mental health and confidence to self-esteem and financial stability. He understands that being out of work can be challenging and often overwhelming, so he takes a patient, supportive approach to help individuals move forward at a pace that feels right for them.

Over the years, he has supported people with significant and long-standing barriers into employment. One particularly meaningful achievement was helping an individual who was deaf and had been out of work for 34 years secure a new role. Seeing the positive impact this had on the individual’s confidence and independence is proof of the power of inclusive, well-matched employment.

Kevin focuses on understanding your individual circumstances, strengths and goals, offering practical support and encouragement to help you overcome challenges and build a sustainable future in work.
