Natalie brings a strong background in education and research to her role, alongside a clear commitment to person-centred employment support. Having trained and taught science in secondary schools in Kent, she has experience supporting individuals to build confidence, develop skills, and overcome barriers to progression.
Natalie has previously worked for a physics education charity, where she supported disadvantaged students to access science education and enrichment opportunities, including educational trips. The combination of research work, teaching and frontline support has shaped her inclusive, thoughtful approach to working with people.
Passionate about access to the workplace, Natalie can offer tailored, person-led support for individuals with neurodiversity, disabilities, social disadvantage and mental health challenges. She can work closely with each person to understand their goals and circumstances, providing personalised support with confidence-building, CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and accessing training or work experience opportunities.
In addition to helping people move into work, Natalie also supports individuals and businesses with in-work support and job retention, helping ensure placements are successful and sustainable for everyone involved.
