Rachael is an Employment Support Officer within our Supported Employment Service, delivering the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) model to help individuals with disabilities and barriers to work achieve meaningful employment.

Before joining The Education People, Rachael served as a Police Officer and Detective in the Metropolitan Police, gaining extensive experience in criminal investigations, communication and safeguarding. She then spent over a decade working in education, including roles in a Pupil Referral Unit, a mainstream school careers department, and as Careers Leader at an SEN College. This diverse background has strengthened her ability to provide empathetic, person-centred guidance that inspires confidence and independence.
