The Education People are helping to promote the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme to families across Kent on behalf of Kent County Council.

Eligible families in Dartford can access free holiday clubs offering fun activities and healthy meals for children during school holidays.

Please note: This page is for information only - bookings must be made via the link provided in your HAF e-voucher.

Camp Manor

Dates available:

  • Monday to Thursday - weeks commencing 28 July, 4 August and 11 August 2025.

Time/s available:

  • 10am to 2pm.
  • 5 to 11 years old.

We are a highly sort after summer camp in the heart Swanscombe. Our main intake is from the pupils at Manor school but we welcome children from surrounding primary schools and specialist provisions. Children can enjoy a variety of activities both inside and outside using our vast site, picnic area and allotment and our forest school. We have a separate environment called the Butterfly Room, with an alternative curriculum for any SEND children that may need this. Children will be offered breakfast on arrival and receive a hot meal cooked on site by our staff daily. All staff at Camp Manor are school staff with a vast experience of all children and their various needs.

Elite Pathways Sport & Training

Dates available:

Dance & Performing Arts - HAF - For Participants.

Comfortable Clothing:

T-shirts, leggings, joggers, or sportswear. Avoid jeans or restrictive clothing.

Footwear:

Non-slip socks or dance shoes if possible; otherwise, clean trainers are fine.

Water Bottle:

Stay hydrated, especially during active sessions.
Healthy Snack (if allowed):

In case there are breaks. Check if snacks will be provided.

Personal Towel:

For wiping off sweat after dance routines.

Notebook and Pen (optional):

For jotting down choreography notes or acting tips.

Fitness & Dance Workshops:

Progressive Sports

Join us for a fun-packed 4 weeks at Wilmington Academy this Summer. With up to 20 different sports on offer, you’ll find everything from Dodgeball to Cricket, Archery to Frisbee, Nerf Wars to Tennis – there is something for everyone!

In addition to physical activities, we also offer art and craft sessions. Our Active Camps are about providing happy, healthy and active experiences for children during school holidays. From a parent’s perspective, our Active Camps provide a safe, child-centred environment where children can make friends, enjoy being active and have opportunities to try a whole host of different sports.

Our Active Camps are unique in that they are staffed by a team of very experienced and qualified sports coaches, who work in schools throughout the academic year supporting the delivery of curriculum PE and school clubs. Children will be provided with a hot meal for lunch each day.

West hill life LTD

We will be providing a wide range of activities for the duration of our programme. This will include, arts and crafts, cooking, face painting, den building, bouncy castles and water play! We also have use of the outdoor gym, sports track and a pirate ship climbing frame!

Fresh food will be cooked daily using a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, the children will also be able to participate in helping prepare their lunches.
