Eligible families in Swale can access free holiday clubs offering fun activities and healthy meals for children during school holidays.

Join the friendly Seashells Holiday Activities Team for a summer of fun and adventures.
This summer your young person aged 11+ can choose to take part in our fully packed timetable and make some new friends for life.
Whether they like sports and games, being creative, aspire to be the next Gordon Ramsey, we have something for everyone to enjoy. During previous HAF programmes we have been bowling, swimming, trampolining, visited the theatre, enjoyed picnics on the beach, made our own tie dye t-shirts, canvas paintings, clay sculptures, bead art designs and jewellery to take home, played Uno and board games galore including life size hungry hippos, sung our hearts at karaoke, limbo’d as low as we could go, enjoyed some spa time with face masks, nail art, coloured hair extensions and temporary tattoos and much much more, there really is something for everyone to ensure a boredom free summer 2025.

We will provide a variety of craft activities including painting, collage, junk modelling (please bring in any recyclable materials from home), drawing, plus any activities that the children specifically ask for.
Indoor activities will include general play, role play, board games, healthy cooking and baking sessions and reading.
We also have a full-size games table!

There will be a wide variety of exciting art & crafts activities including bracelet making, paper mâché, loom bands, painting, face painting, water and sensory exploration.
Free play activities will be available indoors, alongside junk modelling sessions, role play, board games and reading.
There will be outdoor sport activities such as football, fitness challenges, bat and ball games, assault courses.

At Sports Connect we are delighted to run the Holiday Activity and Food programme during every major school holidays in partnership with KCC, The Education People and Kent Children and Young People organisations.
Our focus is on sport, physical activity, and health sessions and these are held at three Sports Connect sites, located in Aylesford, Sittingbourne & Margate.
We have a timetable that encompasses some structured activities to aid development of learning the skills associated with the different activities as well as free time to allow children to explore their imagination and play.
Alongside our sport and physical activity offer we also provide opportunities for arts and crafts which gives the children an opportunity to learn new skills. This element may be carried out indoors or outdoors depending on the weather and activity.

This years summer holiday club is going to be bigger and better than ever!
We have planned a huge programme of fun activities, including themed weeks, special wet and wild day, climbing wall, inflatables, soft play, arts and crafts, games and an amazing beach party day which will be full of fun and surprises.
Please send in your child with a sun hat, sun cream and a water bottle as there is likely to be lots of outdoor fun.
Food is provided each day, but if you have a fussy eater then it is fine for them to bring in a packed lunch.
If your child has an EHCP we will need to see a copy of it either before their first day or at drop off on their first day, this enables us to offer them the best support and care.

Our Summer Holiday Activity Fund (HAF) programme offers an exciting range of activities for children and young people, designed to provide fun, creativity, and nourishment throughout the festive season. Each day, we will have a variety of engaging activities that will keep children entertained, including a mix of sports, arts and crafts, games, and festive-themed workshops.
FREE places and lunches are available for children and young people entitled to Free School Meals (Pupil Premium), subject to availability and eligibility.
ALLERGIES A hot meal will be provided daily, it is extremely important to let us know if your child has any food allergies so that we are able to pass this information to our caterers.

We are delighted to be running the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme this summer, offering a safe, fun and welcoming space for children during the school holidays. Each day is packed with a wide variety of activities — from sporting activities such as cricket, hockey, dodgeball, basketball, archery and more, arts and crafts, nerf wars and creative activities — ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We also provide a chill out zone with board games and quieter activities for children who want to relax with friends. All children receive a healthy snack on arrival, drinks throughout the day, and a hot, nutritious lunch courtesy of The Cow Shed.
Please ensure your child comes in comfortable clothing with suitable footwear, a jacket, sunhat and a water bottle. If your child has any medical conditions, dietary needs or requires additional support, let us know via text or email before the programme starts so we can plan accordingly. Our fun-packed holiday playscheme runs for children aged 5-12 years and includes physical and wellbeing activities, team games, nutritional advice, arts and crafts, enrichment activities and swimming (for 8+).
This also includes one free hot meal per child every day.
Please be aware that we run morning sessions (8.30am to 1pm) and afternoon sessions (12midday to 4.30pm), so please be sure to select the correct time you would like.

Whether you’re coming in fresh faced from Den building in Forest School, out of breath from the court’s latest basketball battle, or having just unleashed the most summer craft creation, everyone is kept fully fuelled and fit for fun with hot, delicious and nutritious meals, all made with super tasty seasonal ingredients that are sure to hit the spot.
With heaps of fun to be had, new skills to be learnt, friendships to be made and delicious food to be enjoyed; it really is going to be a great summer! Join us on camp for a guaranteed spring in your step this summer.
