HAF providers - Tunbridge Wells

The Education People are helping to promote the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme to families across Kent on behalf of Kent County Council.

Eligible families in Tunbridge Wells can access free holiday clubs offering fun activities and healthy meals for children during school holidays.

Please note: This page is for information only - bookings must be made via the link provided in your HAF E-voucher.

Hubbub Out of School Club LTD

Dates available:

  • 11 to 15 August 2025
  • 19 to 22 August 2025
  • 26 to 29 August 2025.

Times available:

  • 9am to 3pm.
  • 4 to 11 years old.
Children will need to bring a named water bottle, sunhat and suncream. 
We are inclusive and accessible to all needs and abilities, however please get in touch first so that we can discuss your child's needs with you and put a care plan in place.
 
Menu's can be found on our website. We cater to all dietary and allergy requirements.
 
We will be doing themed activities throughout the holidays as follows:
  • 11 to 15 August: Sports week - Opportunities to learn skills in Tennis, Cricket, Football, Basketball and enjoy our own sports day event. 
  • 19 to 22 August: Pirates week - We will be making our own Pirate Grog, boats, maps and more. Searching for treasure, partying and enjoying cooling cannonball battles (water fights).
  • 26 to 29 August: Food week - a week all about cooking and sampling new foods. Learn new skills, recipes and experiment with flavours.

Next Thing Education Camps

Dates available:

  • w/c 28 July and w/c 4 August 2025.

Times available:

  • 9am to 4pm.
  • 5 to 11 years old.

Next Thing Education Camps offer fun, hands-on STEM programs where students explore coding, robotics, game design, 3D printing, and more. Designed for different age groups, our camps encourage creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. A hot, healthy lunch is provided each day, and all sessions are led by experienced instructors in a supportive and engaging environment.

Activities include:

  • Coding and programming projects
  • Building and programming robots
  • Designing and developing video games
  • Creating 3D models and printing
  • Exploring artificial intelligence and machine learning basics
  • Interactive STEM challenges and team-based problem solving.

Southeast Kids Camps Ltd

Dates available:

  • 23 July to 29 August 2025 (Weekdays only, excluding Bank Holiday Monday – 25 August).

Times available:

  • 9am to 4pm.
  • 4 to 11 years old.

Over 50 fun sessions, such as:

  • arts & crafts
  • sports and team games
  • outdoor adventures
  • water play days
  • creative challenges and themed days
  • a healthy packed lunch provided daily in a nut-free setting
  • friendly, experienced staff trained in safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion
  • designed to support children’s wellbeing, social development, and confidence.
What to bring:
  • water bottle, comfortable clothing, sun hat, sunscreen applied before arrival, and spare clothes for messy play.
Inclusion and accessibility:
  • we welcome all children and aim to accommodate additional needs where possible. Unfortunately, we do not offer one-to-one support on-site. Please contact the team before booking to discuss any support needs.

DDivine Training Ltd

Dates available:

  • 28 July to 1 August 2025
  • 4 to 8 August 2025
  • 11 to 15 August 2025
  • 18 to 20 August 2025.

  • 9am to 4pm.
  • 4 to 11 years old.

Football camp:
A day full of footballing activities, run by ex professional players and PE teachers. The days will vary with the start of the week being focussed around fun team building games and challenges. With the second two days more about football matches, and competing for trophies at the presentation on Friday. (Everyone leaves on the Friday with a medal).

Multi activity camp:
Attendees will have the choice to take part in a range of different activities each day on either the Playground, sports hall or Classroom. All led by our experienced team! Sports- Basketball, Volleyball, Dodgeball, Badminton Other - Arts and Crafts, Film club, Gaming (Tech-zone will be visiting to give children a chance to experience a range of different games). There will also be plenty of opportunity for structured free time!
