A Strategic Approach to Budget Setting

Brief overview

Every year Kent Maintained Schools must submit a 3 Year Budget Plan. 

This session will support Headteachers and Senior Leaders in schools, in understanding the information that needs to be collated and how this is used to inform the 3 Year Budget Plan.  This will allow for forward planning to ensure financial sustainability in the short to medium term.
