About this course

Assessment is more than just testing—it's a powerful tool for learning. In this interactive session, we’ll unpack four key principles of effective assessment: design, comparison, reliability, and inference.

Through practical examples and engaging activities, you’ll learn how to create and evaluate assessments that are fair, meaningful, and supportive of student progress.

The session is for Primary and Secondary Teachers in the early stages of their career.  Specifically - ECTs and teachers up to 5 years from completing induction.
