About this course

Creating a positive, inclusive and accessible class environment is the key to effective behaviour management. This session, for all teaching staff, will explore strategies to celebrate positive behaviour and look at effective approaches to support children when there is negative behaviour.

  • Develop knowledge of whole class and individual strategies to support behaviour for learning.

  • Understand the difficulties faced by children who struggle to regulate their emotions.

  • Explore how adult behaviour can reduce/ prevent challenging behaviour.
