About this course

Effective interaction is the most significant and powerful aspect of our ‘pedagogical repertoire’ as EYFS Educators. Research indicates that it can have the most substantial and transformative impact on children – especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

This training will focus on understanding the role of the adult and how this can be optimised to support young children’s development, progress and outcomes.

What you'll take away

Participants will be able to reflect on and analyse the effectiveness of their own interactions with children and be provided with practical strategies to develop this.
