About this course

This course supports school leaders in reimagining how support for pupils with SEND can be delivered effectively with fewer teaching assistants.

It explores adaptive provision, inclusive classroom strategies, and whole-school approaches that reduce dependency on 1:1 adult support.

Participants will engage with the latest EEF guidance on SEND in mainstream schools , review case studies from Kent schools , and complete a SEND audit to evaluate current provision and identify areas for strategic improvement.
