The Education People work in partnership with Best Practice Network to support school and early years staff across Kent in accessing high-quality professional development. Together, we offer a wide range of apprenticeships tailored to the needs of educational settings.
This partnership is ideally placed to help schools and settings make the most of their Apprenticeship Levy funding—reducing pressure on CPD budgets while ensuring staff receive impactful, career-enhancing training.
Fully funded through the Apprenticeship Levy, these programmes combine the NPQSL, NPQH, or NPQEL with a Level 5 or Level 7 apprenticeship standard. They are specifically designed for aspiring or recently appointed senior leaders and headteachers, offering a powerful blend of leadership development and nationally recognised qualifications—without impacting your school’s CPD budget.
